Submitting Your JISec Abstract to SSRN

The Social Science Research Network accepts abstracts of JISec articles and distributes them to its 14,000 subscribers around the world. Since JISec does not acquire copyright to articles and abstracts, it is up to the author to submit the abstract directly to SSRN.

To Submit:

Indicate that the abstract is of an article published in JISec and include:

  1. Affiliations of all authors and co-authors of each abstract
  2. E-mail address, postal address, phone number, and fax number for at least one author of each paper (the contact author).
  3. E-mail addresses of co-authors, if known.
  4. A JEL classification code for each abstract. If the authors have not already assigned one, don't worry about it; SSRN can assign one.

SSRN prefers to receive the abstracts via http://www.SSRN.Com/ on the World Wide Web. Once on the page, click on "abstract submission form" and fill in the appropriate information for each abstract.

If you are unable to submit the abstracts via the Web, you may e-mail them to
< Karen_YorkAmes@SSRN.Com >.

SSRN will send the final text to the authors (via e-mail) a week or so before they will be published to give them the opportunity to look over their abstract and make any changes or corrections necessary.
